Yaacov Sherban

Mr. Sherban is the former VP IBM Israel and Manager of Software Group, and formerly held Marketing and Sales positions in several start-up companies, including Mobile Economy, RIT Technologies and Valor Computerized Systems. Mr. Sherban has over 20 years of experience in global sales, marketing and business development in the software industry. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from Beer Sheva University and a System Analyst certification.
Moshe Basol
Co-Founder, Director and Business Development Manager
Mr. Basol is the former Head of the Information Security Division at an elite Israeli intelligence agency. Before founding Applicure Technologies, Ltd., he managed business development at information security firms RomTech, CipherActive, and ComSec. Mr. Basol holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Technion, an MBA with distinction, and CISSP certification.
David Allouch
CTO
Mr. Allouch is a renowned expert in network penetration, and has consulted on information technology to Fortune 1000 companies, among them Oracle, Sony, and Motorola. Mr. Allouch is a serial entrepreneur, who launched three information security start-ups before co-founding Applicure Technologies, Ltd. The most notable is Netect Ltd, which was subsequently acquired by BindView, Inc. (NASDAQ:BVEW).
Carl Hartman
Managing Director, North America
Mr. Hartman held a series of executive positions at Computer Associates between 1988 and 2005, including VP Partner Programs, VP Marketing and Field Marketing, VP Sales Operations and VP Business Development. During his tenure, he was responsible for overall marketing management of CA’s $200 million plus information management business, along with many other high value activities. Prior to CA, Mr. Hartman had over 10 years sales and marketing management experience with smaller software enterprises. Before joining Applicure, he worked as an independent consultant to a number of technology companies, assisting them in achieving market recognition and driving revenue growth.
Eyal Iton
Chief Financial Officer
An experienced CPA, Mr. Iton joined Applicure in 2007 following two years as CFO of CheckM8, a leading supplier of online advertising systems. Previously, he was a manager at Deloitte & Touche where he was responsible for several publicly quoted clients. Mr. Iton holds a degree in Business Management from the College of Management and an LLM from Bar Ilan University.
